We invite you to our renovated, 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, lakefront home at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a gated, private Lake Arrowhead community just 1 hour north of Atlanta. The home has a tranquil waterfall/fountain and koi pond overlook the northern shore of Lake Arrowhead in a quiet cove. The home includes mostly newer appliances, linens, furniture, electronics (3 large scr
een tvs, wii, bose sound system), and fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include gas fireplace, gas grill, washer/dryer and a Margarita machine. The home sleeps 10 which includes 1 king, 2 queens and bunk beds- with full bottom and twin on top, and a pull out queen sleeper. HD cable (living room + 2 bedrooms), 3 large screen tvs plus 1 smaller tv, internet and free local dialing included. The recreation room includes granite wet bar, arcade games and many board games (20 board games, ie. monopoly, clue, life, dominos, trivial pursuit, etc.) which provide fun for the whole family. A pack n' play and high chair are available upon request before arrival. The two car garage and deck overlooking the lake all provide you the amenities of being "home". Do not worry about any rain days at the lake!! Our home features an awesome game room which is fun for all ages. We have a 10' shuffle board table game, a heavy duty foosball table, electronic dart board, and numerous real video arcade games. We have a real GOLDEN TEE video game and an Atari arcade game which has over 30 titles from the 80's. There is a megatouch game which has 80 titles including photo hunt. The multigame video arcade game has pac man, frogger, centipede, and many, many more classic games. A newer 20' pontoon boat is available for rent for experienced boaters. If you do not want to rent our boat there is a minimum 3-day rental during peak season, 2-day minimum rental off peak season. The gas tank is filled, and must be returned with a full gas tank. The rate is $175/day, $950/week. The boat is a 20' Bentley pontoon with a 90 hp engine. Sorry... no tubing allowed or any other towing. (insurance rules). Please reserve your boat early. We only have 2 boats for our 4 rental homes so it is first come, first served. A hydrobike, canoe, 10' paddle board, 2 kayaks, and a paddleboat are available for your enjoyment at no cost. You can not bring in your own boats, this is not our rule. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake which is subject to covenants which dictate that visitors' boats are not allowed. The gate house will check the name on the boat registration with the homeowners name. We have a 6 person hot tub, which has underwater lights, a water fall, 81 jets, and a mp3 jack with speakers. Who needs the warm weather when you can enjoy a 100 degree hot tub on a winters day, sipping champagne! We change the water and clean the hot tub after each rental for your hot tubbing pleasure. Our home is a pet free house. We are very strict, regardless of pet size, in enforcing this policy. Not only do we have brand new floors, furniture, bedding, etc., but also are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We remain a pet free environment to insure that we will provide a high quality home free from dander and allergens which is crucial to people with allergies. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Protect your vacation. When we reserve your rental we turn dozens of other customers away while holding the property for you. If someone cancels on us it is hard to find another renter on short notice. When my family goes on vacation we purchase trip insurance, it has saved us a few times.
