Talk about an adventure…. I got a email at 4:30 pm that our flight to Orlando at 5:10 am was cancelled. I had our refunds processed, fed the family pizza and cake for my daughter’s birthday, and we were on the road within 3 hours! I’ve been driving all night while the family sleeps! We will be stopping in about an hour for a few hours of sleep in a hotel and then we will be Disney World bound! Looking at the positives and not letting these stupid computer system issues ruin our vacation! Sometimes things happen that’s out of our control! Even travel agents get dealt crappy cards and we just have to navigate it the best way we can! 🙂 Stay tuned for pics and tips on tackling a 9 hour drive and Disney with my family of 7! 🙂

Oh. And this was after I already drove to New Orleans and back to Baton Rouge from picking my daughter up from Denver! She’s been traveling for like 20 hours now! Ooof!

Why use a travel agent?
Well I just called and got one of my clients a refund for more than what she paid for her liquor package initially AND reduced to a refresher package for less than what she could have booked it for herself! She ended up with $75 more in the pocket if she were to make the changes herself!
Whats even better?
IT COST HER $0 FOR MY SERVICES!!

☀️ Live Aqua, Cancun 🏝️

Yall I can’t say enough how much I absolutely LOVE Cancun! Going to this resort just made me fall in love with the area even more! If you want top notch service, Live Aqua is THE PLACE to go!

The travel to/from New Orleans was FLAWLESS! It was absolutely incredible! The entire trip was just hands down my #1 top favorite so far and I have been to a lot of places! We flew out Sunday morning. Left our house at 6:30 am and I was on the beach enjoying a margarita and a delicious lunch at 12 o’clock sharp!

We enjoyed a delicious Thai dinner at the Hidden Garden. The next day we enjoyed the incredible breakfast buffet! Then had our anniversary dinner at MB Steakhouse and had the BEST Habanero Cream Soup! 🤤 we both had a delicious filet mignon dinner! Everything we ate this entire trip was just incredible!

Aside from the food… The views were stunning! The pools were clean and relaxing! The beach was clean and the cabanas were so comfy!

The rooms were 5⭐️ Each room comes with a beach bag to use while there, fancy robes, and even flip flops! We got a rubber duck to bring home to the kids! Haha! We also had a bar in the room with drinks and a bottle of wine! We even had a snack bar in the room!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and we will absolutely be going back in the near future!

If you want a relaxing and romantic anniversary trip, hands down.. GO HERE!! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our anniversary!!

Some of you may wonder… what does she do with all her kids when she travels?!
Well, my mother in law is my top #1 go to person. 😂
To show her our appreciation, I’m taking her on a mom in law and daughter in law vacation! It’s much earned and deserved! Haha
I’m taking her to stay at The Ben in West Palm Beach, Florida for a night where we will be treated like queens and then we will hop on the Margaritaville cruise to the Bahamas! I’ve been on this ship before and I loved it so much! She’s never been to the Bahamas so why not go again?!

If you haven’t taken your kids to Audubon Zoo and hit up the Cool Zoo then you have to add it to your list of things to do this summer! I get amazing hotel discounts in New Orleans! I only booked one night stay and we hit up the zoo first thing on day one, stayed all day, walked to dinner, and plan to hit up the hotel pool tomorrow before heading back home! Make it a quick, but super fun trip! My kids said ”THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER!” as we ran back to the hotel in the rain! 😂

I went to explore Broken Bow, Oklahoma! I absolutely fell in love so much that I’m already planning my return trip! It was incredible! If you love being outdoors and hiking or riding down a river in a kayak or canoe then you have to go here. We enjoyed the river so much that we went back kayaking the next day! I have the perfect cabin recommendation that sleeps 8 comfortably! I also got hugged by a baby kangaroo and my life is forever changed! 🦘❤️🦘❤️

- Across the street from Tacky Jacks 2 (Try the famous Bushwhacker drink!) & Pelican Scoops Ice Cream (The salted caramel waffle cone was delicious!)
- 3 minute drive from the Mobile Ferry (First time doing this and it was so fun! Saved us from fighting all the Gulf Shores and Mobile traffic!)
