The Cedar Pointe Homes Parade Home is a stunning 11,000-square-foot masterpiece located in the Desert Color resort community. Designed as a luxurious rental property, this home offers accommodations for up to 52 guests. Highlights include a spacious game room, an inviting sports bar, a kid-friendly playroom, and a three-story staircase with glass windows providing views of the pool and courtyard below.

The property features a large kitchen and dining area, perfect for hosting, and a beautiful outdoor courtyard complete with a pool, secluded sitting area and views onto the future amenities of Desert Color. Construction began in December 2023, with the biggest challenge being coordinating all aspects of the build to ensure a timely completion for the St. George Area Parade of Homes.

We can't wait for everyone to experience its beauty during the Parade. 🏡✨

Today is opening day of the 2024 St. George Area Parade of Homes! The forecast predicts sunny weather opening weekend. We are so excited to finally show you what we have been working on for the last year. Homes will open at 10 AM daily and tickets can be purchased at the Red Cliff's Mall, Lin's Markets or online at ParadeHomes.com.
