ATAC Services has an opening for a Building Maintenance Technician to service multiple retail locations throughout the state of Ohio and the surrounding areas. Candidate must have past Building Maintenance or construction experience to include, but not limited to, basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry maintenance skills. Compensation for this position will be dependent upon experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Provide service and maintenance, such as:
- Ceiling tile replacement
- Carpet replacement/repair
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- General Maintenance
- Minor travel is required
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must have GED or High School Diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and without direct supervision
- Must have past experience.
- Outstanding driving record.
