I had a great time with Shana Reed today at the Bite of Reality event at Drew Middle School in Lincoln! These kids were ON IT!! It was a great program to help Middle and High school kids learn about money and budgets. I am so thankful I got to participate!!

I have heard SO MANY TIMES:

🙅🏼‍♀️”I’ve been to _______ 30 times, so I don’t need a travel advisor.”

🙅🏼‍♀️”I actually really enjoy doing the planning, so I just want to do it myself.”

(I’ll admit I was once this person because I didn’t understand how the industry worked)🤦🏼‍♀️

That’s awesome, but did you know that a travel advisor can be as hands on OR hands off as you want them to be? Even if you already know EXACTLY what you want for your trip, call up your favorite travel advisor and let them book your trip for you.

Why? Because it costs you NOTHING to support them and it will MAKE THEIR WEEK. When you do this, you are helping me pay for boy scouts for Jax, for family vacations, and for gas/food. You are putting money into the pockets of a small business instead of a big corporation.

How so? Because I get paid by the resort after you take your trip. That cost is already built into the price you are paying, so if you don’t use a travel advisor, that money goes right back to the corporation instead, and you’re essentially paying for a service you didn’t even use. There is no reason NOT to use a TA!

Every dollar I make right now gets me one step closer to being able to apply for my IATA card, one of the most important credentials for a travel advisor. So even if you’re taking a small trip, reach out to me and ask me to book that hotel for you!

Not to mention, if by chance a conflict should arise unexpectedly, I’ll be there to take care of it for you, no more of YOUR precious time wasted on hold or with customer service trying to get an issue resolved.

My feed this past week has been FILLED with photos of friends and family having an amazing time on spring break vacations…trips that I would LOVE to help ya’ll plan if you’ll let me.
