MCDS is a freelance conceptual drafting firm that specializes in Residential & Commercial design as well as Recreational (athletic) and Community projects. MCDS has experience performing duties of Designer, Owners Representative, and Project Manager for projects of up to $1.5 Million & have 24 years of experience in all phases and types of Construction as well as retaining Local Community roles in

cluding administrative and active status roles. Locally visit many of MCDS designs including Residential renovations / decks, Athletic Facilities (playing fields) & Fire Department Training Facilities. MCDS has also peformed many functions for much of the local community organizations as a "voluntary consultant" or at significantly reduced "community rate" basis. In most cases, MCDS drawings are used as the actual construction drawings once an Architect / Engineer has approved them if needed. Mr. McDonald is currently pursuing an Architectural License himself
