Why are we highlighting this? As I said, we are passionate and these are the essentials to food, where we all started. Josh - Graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2007 with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management. After working for Danny Meyer at Shake Shack and for Marc Murphy at Landmarc Time Warner Center, Josh joined the family business in 2009 leading the kitchen at Mara's Homemade. In 2011 Mara’s Homemade moved to Syosset, NY where Josh excelled at created a diverse and eclectic menu as well as building out an extensive bar full of craft spirits and cocktails. Josh ran Mara’s until it’s closure in 2022 where he then went to Total Wine & More to enhance his spirits knowledge and began teaching classes on spirits on the side. Mariana - Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2021 with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. After working for Danny Meyer at Gramercy Tavern and Ci Siamo; Mariana’s specialties in Italian and French cuisines are unmatched, as well as her exemplary wine pairing abilities. Mariana and Josh met at Total Wine & More where she can be found helping people find the perfect bottle for their taste and needs. Jamie - Graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2011 with an Associates in Baking and Pastry and a Bachelors in Food Service Management. She also is certified in Hospitality and Tourism from NYU. She started working in restaurants and managing a custard shop until she found herself in the liquor industry. She now bartends privately, sells a vast variety of spirits and beer, and enjoys the science of mixology.

Y'all, we're thrilled to announce our first annual KREWE 'Krawfish' Boil in New York City on May 20th. We'll be bringing a taste of New Orleans to New York in support of Memorial Sloan Kettering. A portion of proceeds from all ticket sales will help advance the work being done on cancer research.

Staying true to our roots we're going block party style on Gansevoort St, just outside of our flagship store Maison du KREWE. Over 1,500 lbs of crawfish, cold beer, natural wine, live music and a few other things up our sleep to keep the vibes flowing into the evening.

Of course, we're getting by with a little help from our friends at Mara's Southern Kitchen, SAFFire Hospitality Group, Ray’s Bar, EBBS Brewing Co., Topo Chico and BFA.

We hope to see y'all with new and familiar faces alike as we kick off a hell of a summer in the city.
