Today might just be one of my favorite holidays - DOLE WHIP DAY! On our visit earlier this month, we couldn’t wait to try this fun Dole Whip option available at Storybook Treats at Magic Kingdom. The Rapunzel Sundae features Shortcake with Wild Berry Soft-serve and DOLE Whip® Lemon topped
with Berry Compote and Sugar Flowers - and it’s definitely a new family favorite!

By the way, notice Sydney’s cute look? She was so excited to try this new taste treat while “Disney Bounding” as her favorite Disney character. Can you see it? Disney Bounding is very popular in the Disney parks and is a subtle way to dress up in a style that takes inspiration from a specific Disney character through the use of everyday clothes, accessories, solid colors, and key accent pieces. National Sandwich Day wouldn’t be complete without highlighting the uniquely sized Not-So-Little Chicken Sandwich served at Pym Test Kitchen at Disney’s California Adventure. This fun Ant Man themed restaurant offers phenomenal food at unusual scales - using the revolutionary shrink-and-grow technology of Pym Particles, of course! 😉

The menu is packed with inventive-sized entrees, including the Pym-ini Sandwich, Quantum Pretzel, and Celestial-Sized Candy Bar also pictured. This restaurant was such a hit with my family that we came back for breakfast on another park day.

Disney California Adventure is an amazing park filled with very well themed lands - and our favorite was probably Cars Land! We had a blast exploring Radiator Springs! Some of our personal highlights included:
⚡️ Radiator Springs Racers
⚡️ Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters
⚡️ Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree
⚡️ Flo’s V8 Cafe
⚡️ Cozy Cone Motel
⚡️ and, of course, seeing Lightning McQueen and Mater drive down the street!

It really felt like we were right in the heart of Radiator Springs, the “cutest little town in Carburetor County!”
