I’m a city boy that had to select a company to replace my septic field and install a new tank. I set up several meetings and soon after talking to Mark Shafer of M&M’s Just Septic I though I had a winner. But, sometimes, who impresses me and the result is not always ideal. I hesitated a couple of days. At church, a friend of mine told me that Mark was third generation in the business. My friend said Mark is the best there is. I called Mark the next day to get the job done. I had an additional problem. My house was purchased, and settlement was about five weeks away. I was nervous and stressed. Looking back, it was other issues. Because whenever I spoke to Michelle, which wasn’t often; let them do their job, I got clear answers and no bull. Last week Louise and I went to settlement on-time. Only because of the rain, rain, rainy days there was still some finish work to be done. Mark told me it would be finished the following Friday (today), if the weather would cooperate. It didn’t for several days. Mark is a man of his word. He finished on Thursday. The new owner sent me an email to say “thank you” for having, wait. Here is the quote, “I’m not sure if you got word but the septic was completed yesterday. The company did a great job. Thank you for arranging a top contractor to complete that work so quickly. I am very appreciative.” What more can be said. I will mention M&M’s Just Septic whenever septic system comes up in conversation. Oh, you would be surprised how often it comes up.
