1. Plan your visit in advance: Take time to research the park layout, attractions, and show schedules. Create a rough itinerary to hit your “must-do” experiences.
2. Arrive early: To make the most of your trip, arrive at the park before it opens and take advantage of early entry if you’re staying at a Universal resort. This will allow you to experience popular attractions with shorter wait times.
3. Express Passes: If you want to skip the regular lines and avoid long wait times, consider Universal’s Express Pass. This allows you to enjoy shorter queues for most rides and attractions. Want FREE Express Passes? Stay at one of Universals premier resorts and get free Express Passes for everyone in your room. 🎉
4. Single Rider Lines: If you don’t mind riding alone or being separated from your group temporarily, consider the single rider lines. They can significantly reduce wait times for some attractions.
5. Take breaks and stay hydrated: Universal Orlando can be physically demanding with lots of walking and standing. Take regular breaks, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable shoes. Bring a refillable water bottle to save on costs.
6. Download the Universal Orlando app: It provides real-time wait times, show schedules, interactive park maps, and virtual line reservations for select attractions.
7. Use the app to minimize wait times by setting wait time alerts. Under the Rides tab click Wait Time Alerts. From there you can set a wait time and if that attractions wait time goes under the time you’ve selected, you’ll be notified.

The newly renovated Moana themed rooms at the Polynesian resort 🌴 are absolutely gorgeous. Stepping into this resort feels like being transported to a tropical island right in the middle of Disney World 🏰. The Polynesian is my absolute favorite resort in all of Disney because of how close and convenient it is to get to EPCOT 🌐 and the Magic Kingdom but also because this is the resort we spent every vacation at when I was a kid.
