DID YOU KNOW?

What I'm about to tell you is not in any way endorsed by Advocare, but it's my own little secret I'd like to share with you!

Why am I bringing Rehydrate with me this weekend when I'm going away on a girls' trip? Because it is insurance that I won't get a hangover. I drink one before bed, and VOILA! I wake up feeling like a million bucks. I also use it when I'm working out, when it's super hot, etc. But this is a little gem you'll thank me for. :) And now it comes in my favorite Spark flavor, Fruit Punch! :)

24 day challenge is on its way!!!! I'm so excited right now. I haven't ever done the whole thing all the way through. I usually lose 10-15 lbs during the cleanse so I'm wondering what I'll be able to do with the extra 2 weeks!!!! Eeeeeeek! If you want to learn more just let me know!!!
