Come enjoy the lake life! Our home is located in Barefoot Bay, a boutique, gated community on Tim's Ford Lake in beautiful Wi******er, Tennessee. This home is steps to the water with the community canoe access just across the street, so bring all your floaties and toys!

When you walk in the home, there is a bedroom on the main level with a queen bed. There is hallway access full bathroom. Next you have the open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining room! Dining table seats 8, and island seats 4. Enjoy your favorite movie with the Smart TV or turn on the linear fireplace and enjoy the quiet instead. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, and other items you may need to cook or serve dinner. We also have a regular drip coffee pot with filters, so don't forget to pack your coffee grounds. If you forget, Walnut Hill is a short skip and hop away, and don't forget to try their breakfast tacos! In the backyard, there are 6 chairs and a firepit, as well as a charcoal grill. Please bring your favorite charcoal and firewood- and make it a Barefoot Blue Jean Night!

Upstairs, you have a laundry room available for guests to use. Also upstairs, the primary suite with a private full bathroom with double vanities and a HUGE shower with additional rainhead. Next, there is a bunk room with a Twin XL built-in bunk bed (two mattresses total). The fourth bedroom has two queen beds to sleep everyone else! Also upstairs, another full bathroom accessible from the hallway.

This home has a lovely feature shiplap accent wall going up the stairs with cute windows showing lake views in multiple directions. Soak in all the Gorgeous views of the lake from this stylish lake house! Professionally decorated and furnished. 2 Adult Paddleboards, 1 adult kayak, and 1 youth kayak provided.
