The Heart of Wisconsin Community Leadership Program is looking for your input.

They are proposing a community share program that would feature either tools or recreation equipment; a tool share would include items such as garden tools, basic household tools, sanding supplies, and painting supplies, while a recreation share would include items like tennis racquets, golf clubs, pickleball equipment, sleds, and yard games. This share program would be free or of minimal cost to use and the supplies to share would be donated by community members. Please answer this short survey to help the group better understand the wants and needs of the community.
