About the founder of Isis Services, Shannon Wickes:

From the personal experiences I have had in my life, I know how challenging it can be to live with someone with special needs or a senior. Sometimes, as much as we love our family, we too, need a break. I was primarily raised by my grandparents, and was with both of them until the very end. I have many years of experience caring for the elderly,

and its something I really love to do. Not only did I care for my grandparents, but I frequently visit local nursing homes and visit with the elderly patients who do not receive visitors. I feel that everyone deserves to tell their story, they just need someone to listen. I also, have a son with special needs, so I am very aware of how challenging that can be. Aside from that I spent many years volunteering at a day program with adults with special needs. It was amazing!!
