Founded in the year 2000 by twin brothers Thomas and Anthony, PBE has quickly earned a reputation for providing superior talent along with the highest level of professionalism and attention to client service. The brothers have over 20 years experience as professional musicians

and in that time they have made it a priority to work with only the most outstanding entertainers. Featuring Naked Soul, our premier 10-piece event band, PBE offers skilled mixing DJs, charismatic MCs, and gifted musicians who have worked with some of the most celebrated artists of our time, including Santana, Rob Thomas, Pink, Ke$ha, Shakira, John Legend, Matchbox 20, P. Blige, Jay-Z, Kylie Minogue, Chaka Kahn, Patti LaBelle, Gloria Gaynor, Vicki Sue Robinson, Ray Charles, and Gladys Knight, just to name a few! Three years ago, a good friend from Harrison, NY kindly recommended us to provide music for a local fundraising event named after a young boy afflicted with a relatively unknown (yet not entirely uncommon) disease called neurofibromatosis type 1 or NF1. It was at this time that I met Giorgio’s mom, Erin.. the co-founder of the Giorgio Foundation. We discussed her event and in the process of planning the entertainment, I briefly mentioned that I also teach music privately in the area. After helping to produce a successful fundraiser for the Foundation, I was surprised to receive a text from Erin, asking me to teach music to her teenaged son. It has been in this one-on-one setting that I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Giorgio.. a bright, sensitive, polite, warm and caring young man that I’ve grown extremely fond of. In getting to know him, one would never know or even suspect the challenges he’s been facing since the tender age of 5. He never talks about it, much less complains about anything outside of the ordinary challenges of a typical high school boy. Yet, I can imagine that not much in his young life has been typical. NF1 is a devastating genetic disorder which causes uncontrolled tumor growth. No surgery, no treatment can stop it. The Giorgio Foundation is working with researchers across the country to advance research in this field. We are honored to be providing entertainment for another fun event to end NF1 on May 17 at Harrison Meadows Country Club. We’d like to ask our friends to please consider supporting the Giorgio Foundation by joining us at this next event or by simply making a donation through their website if not able to attend. As 2023 comes to a close, we feel so grateful for another year of incredible events with our talented team of musicians, deejays and technicians. We wouldn’t be able to consistently deliver exceptional entertainment and memorable experiences without these amazing people that we call family.

We also wouldn’t have performances to produce without the clients that entrust their most important celebrations with us as well as our event partners, planners, designers and colleagues who continue to believe in our ability to provide the absolute best music and entertainment for their own clients’ celebrations.

It was a great week at DJX2023 in Atlantic City. In addition to educational seminars and catching up on the latest equipment that helps us create magic for our events, perhaps even more important was reconnecting with our friends, colleagues and partners in the entertainment business. There is nothing like being part of a supportive community that’s filled with such tremendous talent. Also grateful to be a small part of the team supporting our friends from RCF-USA at the event. Amazing job by Matty D of Ambassador Event Production for bringing in the big guns and producing the multiple RCF setups throughout the show!

Oh, what a night! We had such a beautiful time at the 10th anniversary gathering for ArtVesta Wine & Cake Social in NYC last night! It was so great reconnecting with our event industry friends and meeting new event pros at this intimate gathering. We were also excited to partner with some of the most talented people in the wedding business to cohost this special event and of course, we helped provide the good vibes with some music and lighting.

Thanks to all our event friends that came out to join us and a very special thank you to Tatiana Valerie for spearheading this incredible event!

Flashback Friday.. thinking about this amazing August wedding at the beautiful with DJs Tony and Scott! We provided a DJ package for the reception as well as a live music duo of violin/guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer couple or more perfect day!

With the esteemed George Latimer, Westchester County Executive. The first time we met George was during the photo shoot with at Dramatic Hall in Peekskill for the cover of Westchester Magazine. It was the second time seeing him this week after first running into him at a holiday party Tuesday night in Rye where we performed personally as an acoustic duo for a very special client. He made a point to mention how much he enjoyed the music because.. well, that’s George. Always gracious, warm and personable. Grateful to have him as our County Executive.

Another incredible event with our band Naked Soul last weekend on the eastern end of Long Island! The panoramic views of Montauk were amazing at this venue and the excitement could be felt from the moment the guests arrived. The crowd showed so much appreciation for the band that they were happy to oblige with an encore at the end of the night. Visit Naked Soul to see the group screaming for one more song!

It was so great to be in a room full of our peers, other creatives and industry friends after 3 long years.
