Great Beginnings Day Care is a well established, warm, loving in-home day care with focus on pre-school (Early Childhood Education) facilitated by a well qualified owner who has a degree in Child Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Bilingual/Cross Cultural Pattern, that has been providing child care for children in the Yuba-Sutter area since 1999. A variety of
activities are provided for children to have the opportunity to autonomously thrive (socially, emotionally and physically) in an individual manner such as: pre-school readiness preparing them for kindergarten (both in English and Spanish), Zoo-Phonics (monthly letters), daily circle time with music, art and crafts, dramatic play, outside time (sand, water play, sandbox, and swimming), nutritional home cooked meals (breakfast, lunch and snack), dental hygiene, self-help skills, and a very culturally rich environment. It is our responsibility at Great Beginnings Day Care to ensure that every child who crosses through here gets a great start. We believe that every child was uniquely formed by the Lord and must be approached in a very special, individual manner.
