Built on a hill surrounded by a tropical garden you can enjoy the breeze all day watching the amazing views! The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest
toilet, laundry room and a private pool (10 x 5 m) and parking space for two cars. When you enter the house you will find yourself in the living room with high ceilings & open kitchen. This wide room has a gorgeous triptych window frame with bent glass providing a panoramic view over the Spanish Water Lagoon, Table Mountain and Caracasbaai Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door refrigerator with ice dispenser, a Senseo coffee machine, oven and microwave. The three bedrooms are located at the back side of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and are equipped with plenty of storage space. Next to a modern bathroom a guest toilet is located in the hallway. The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious walk in closet and a private bathroom and French doors opening to the pool deck...who wouldn`t want to wake up with this view! Here you will find several nice restaurants. If you prefer Jan Thiel Beach, you can walk there in about 15 minutes. At Jan Thiel beach you will find many restaurants, supermarket, gym, ice cream shop and several water sports.
