We booked a 14 day tour of the Philippines and 10 day tour of Malaysia through Asia Tours. From the planning stage I had been talking to Ms Lacey and I must congratulate her on making my holiday so special with her professional organizational skills. The whole trip was very well organized across 2 countries.
Our drives and guides were always on time, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. We really had an adventurous & amazing time. We visited historical sites, beautiful religious buildings (temples,churches, mosques), malls, swam with whale sharks, hiked the tropical forest, enjoyed amazing food.
The hotels we stayed were comfortable, most times with the most beautiful views and locations. It was a holiday filled with once in a lifetime experiences. Thank you to Asia Tours and in particular Ms. Lacey (our tour coordinator)

Our tour guides Victor (Bangkok) & Dare (Chiang Mai) + the drivers were excellent in Thailand. "Visit Bhutan - An Exotic Wonderland"
One of the high points in life is traveling to distant lands. I recently returned from a trip to Bhutan, a tiny country nestled between India and China. For those who love adventure, Bhutan is a must, with much to see and do.
My primary goal was to hike into The Tiger’s Nest, a spectacular monastery perched high on a sheer cliff. It’s a stunning setting. Check out the photographs on the Internet.
My trip began in Kathmandu, Nepal, with a short one hour, ten minute flight into Paro International Airport, Bhutan on Drukair Royal Bhutan Airlines, on an Airbus A320. On the flight we had fabulous views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest, the highest mountain in the world at 29,035’, in all of her majesty. Try to get a window seat on the Port [left side] of the aircraft.
As we approached Paro we descended into a deep valley, requiring the pilot to bank left and right repeatedly, with a final turn to the left of about 75 degrees and a quick return back to the right to land at Paro’s rather short 7,431’ long runway at an altitude of 7300’.
For those who love the thrill of flying, landing at Paro’s International Airport right up there with a flight into the Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla [considered the most dangerous airport in the world] or the flight into Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Airport [sadly now closed]. The flight into Paro’s airport is all VFR manual flying, no autopilot for the flight and definitely no nighttime flights.
Many travel agencies can book your trip to Bhutan. On the recommendation of a friend, I booked my trip via Ms. Lacey of Asia Tours and couldn’t have been happier. She arranged my visa to Bhutan, by round trip flight, excellent accommodations, a knowledgeable guide and driver. I would happily recommend Asia Tours for your trip to Bhutan - or any other destination in Asia.

"Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos Trip to Remember!"
We worked with Trang to plan our trip and it was so easy to customize the tour to our preferences and make changes when needed.
The main benefit was to have trusted local guides and getting from place to place easily (and comfortably)! Everything was taken care of for us and the local guides all went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They really put thought into when/where to go so that we weren’t with all the crowds (as much as possible) and had relief from the humid, hot weather.
The itinerary was well balanced with activities and travel time taken into account so we didn’t feel rushed or pushed too hard. We had enough free time to relax and do a few things on our own.

We did a private tour that went to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Our agent (Ms. Trang) provided us excellent service and customized our trip exactly how we wanted it to be. The itinerary was perfect for us and each place we visited was amazing, especially Halong Bay and the Siem Reap area. Our guides were all wonderful and made us feel welcome in each Country we went too; they all went out of their way to provide us great service and make this a once in a lifetime experience. "MEMORABLE FAMILY TOUR IN BALI"
We had a fantastic time on this tour and would highly recommend it to any families wanting to go to Bali in a short amount of time. Our agent Trang was excellent throughout the entire booking process and was quick to respond to queries we had during the tour itself. The quality of the guides, transport, tours and hotels were all excellent and really helped to make the trip as enjoyable as it was. “AN UNFORGETTABLE CUSTOM PRIVATE ASIAN MULTI-COUNTRY TRIP”
We had an absolutely great time on our tour that included several countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines) in different climate zones and was packed with many destinations and activities over 32 days. We highly recommend such or a similar trip and our travel agents and guides without any hesitation! They were amazing and pulled everything off!
The trip was organized by Ms Lacey. She is really an outstanding travel expert and very quickly put together our itinerary based on our wishes and her suggestions, and included varied interests from cultural to nature and many things in between as well a mini vacation at the end of the trip. The pace of the trip was as we requested and allowed us to see many things in a relatively short period of time. The different types of transportations (air, car, boat) were well chosen by her to best fit the time requirement, activity type and convenience. Her knowledge is unmatched. And equally importantly, the constant oversight and coordination during the tour was exceptional and very well appreciated!We also have to mention our local guides who were all very professional, knowledgeable with good mannerisms and always ready to take your experience to the next level.
The food the cooks prepared on the boats were very tasty and varied – as a foodie, I even remarked that it was better than what I would have received from expensive dining throughout my trip. Ms. Lacey also worked with other excellent local tour offices, with a special mention to Mr Paul Edmundus in Indonesia, who like Ms. Lacey went the extra mile to assure that we do not lose any of our activities as a result of a couple of flight cancellations. These people are all problem solvers and it shows that they truly enjoy helping travelers make the most of their time.
Bottom line: We had a very exciting, unforgettable, and smooth trip, and we returned with lifelong lasting beautiful memories and a deep connection to the people and places who made that possible - Thank you so much!

We used AsiaTours to plan our trip to Thailand and it was incredible! I am an anxious traveller, always worried about what we're doing next and how we're going to get place to place. "A Honeymoon Adventure that gave so much more than we expected”
Before we even started on our tour, Lilly was so kind and positive at answering my endless questions and was always on hand to give us advice. Her support and communication told us we had made a great choice for our honeymoon adventure, and first visit to SE Asia. Hà Nội was quite the starter for the tour. Hot, busy, exotic and exciting. Harry (the guide) managed to show us so much in just a few days, and did do with enthusiasm and good humour. Hotel Bonsella was a good choice, right in the middle of things. Room was comfortable, breakfast varied, but what made it special was the staff; who were polite and professional but always wanted to talk about your day, they went that extra step to make you feel special.
It was also a pleasure to meet Lilly, thank her for her help and exchange gifts. From there it was an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, and what an experience; scenery straight out of the Bond movies. Absolute 5* service from the crew, and lovely food. We got in kayaking, a hike and explored huge caves; all as part of the cruise itinerary. All that and cocktails under the moonlight.
From there it was off to Cambodia. Siem Reap was our first stop, and what a lovely town it is, history and tradition everywhere you look. Our guide Say took us to the famous temples of Angkor; another world from the movies. His knowledge of the history, culture and traditions from the different eras of Cambodian history; and reflected in the temples, was astonishing. He and Mr Su (our driver) made a great team, kind and considerate, with so many wonderful stories. The Ladear Hotel had a pretty and traditional style. Comfortable room, lovely bar area and friendly staff.
Before leaving Siem Reap Mr Jam Ran took us on a tuk tuk tour of the town and we spent an interesting few hours at the National Cultural museum. On then to Phnom Penh, sadly just for 1 night. Again a great choice of guides in Borey and Mr Hung. Hotel Sun & Moon was a very plush boutique hotel, comfortable room and nice breakfast, but the Sky Bar was the showpiece of the hotel. It was like a spacecraft had landed on the roof, all that and an infinity pool. What a view! Our day in Phnom Penh was spent visiting Cheoung Ek; the killing fields of Khmer Rouge infamy. It was a sobering and very emotional experience, but Borey was both passionate and professional in explaining its historical and cultural significance in the context and development of Cambodia since those times.
From there it was off to Singapore, and the end of our tour. On reflection, the whole tour was so well organised, communication and timings of activities were excellent. Hotels & the cruise chosen were a perfect mix of busy city bustle and relaxing tradition. All staff we encountered were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. The guides were different, with knowledge and passion that allowed them to tell their stories with colour and adventure. We can't thank these people enough for the memories they have given us to take away.
And a final thanks to Lilly for making it all happen. She listened to what we wanted and delivered so much more than we expected.

AsiaTours organized and booked a wonderful 17 day tour of Vietnam for our family of 4 (two adults and kids aged 10 and 14). The booking process working with Ms. Trang was very easy and she was very informative and made some wonderful recommendations. THE ONLY CHOICE FOR PLANNING YOUR SE ASIA HOLIDAY!!!
When I started thinking about planning a three-week long multi-country holiday with my family (7 of us), I knew the logistics would be complicated (including travel and accommodations across 4 countries), and the agenda of activities hard to plan. After searching and interviewing multiple agencies, I settled on what I found to be the best, most expert team at Asia Tours. Even with opposite time zones, the speed of communication, the level of detail, the flexibility in planning and adjusting plans, and the friendliness was simply superior. I started with a concept for how I wanted to travel, the budget I was willing to invest and the details I wanted to cover in our itinerary. What I ended up with was one of the best trips my family has ever experienced - in fun, in quality, in overall experience! Lacey and her team in each country made our entire visit seamless. We never waited a minute to be greeted at the airport. Our flights were adapted to maximize the amount of time we could spend in each destination. The level of accommodations and transportation logistics were first class in every way. I cannot say enough good about how well Asia Tours helped make this trip so special. Even when, in the midst of 9 different flights, we had an unexpected cancellation heading from Thailand to Laos, Lacey instantly helped jump to the rescue and we quickly adapted and never skipped a beat. It's very hard to travel with 7 people and accommodate everyone's interests, diets, likes and dislikes, but we did it together and I STRONGLY recommend Asia Tours for anyone making it to this region!

"Central Vietnam 4 days 3 nights"
Booked a private 4 day/3 night central Vietnam tour fairly last min, but Trang Thu from the tour group was very responsive and set up a full itinerary for me based on some of the cities and scenes I was interested in
Overall price of the trip wasn't cheap (790 USD) but I think worth it for the convenience and not having to plan/worry about anything (they book hotels for you, plan our lunch meals at local restaurants, etc). This itinerary was also ideal for being at a relaxed pace and still having time in the evenings to explore or rest on your own. Briefly, the trip covered: D**g Hoi, Phong Nha and Paradise Caves, Hue, and Hoi An, with several landmarks and activities at each location.
My tour guide Daniel was very enthusiastic and thoughtful, setting everything up including car rides, calling to check in with the restaurants, bringing water each day, etc. He has a wealth of knowledge and is eager to share what he knows about Vietnam. Super valuable resource especially since many folks in these locations don't speak much English
Overall very good "all-inclusive" experience that didn't tire or stress me out, and still let me feel like I was visiting the important places and getting local flavor.

"INTRODUCTION TO ASIA"
What a fantastic trip. Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Bali Indonesia. Think we hit all the highlights. Some spectacular experiences, from riding bicycles though rice fields of Vietnam, to boating though canals of Bangkok.
Travelling from Canada we were somewhat Leary of booking travel in a foreign country on the other side of the world. Normally we would use a local travel agency. Our concerns were dispelled by our experience, especially when our agent met us in the hotel in Hanoi.
Our ability to reach out and communicate locally was excellent and would recommend to anyone. With all the touch points, connections, tours everywhere, our experience was excellent. We are certain we visited, places, restaurants, and venues that we would not have seen had we not engaged Lilly and Inside Travel.

We are very pleased with the trip to Thailand and Cambodia that was planned for us by Lilly Kao. From the very beginning she was very responsive in answering our questions and special requests. This was a private tour for 4 people. The trip went as planned. Our airport and hotel pickups were always on time. The guides and drivers were all very nice and professional. The guides spoke very good English and were knowledgeable. After touring a temple for example, the drivers would meet us with bottles of water and even a cold cloth to help us cool down. The hotels were all excellent. They actually were better than expected. Lilly kept in touch with us throughout the trip thru WhatsApp. This was a nice touch to know that if we had a problem she was there to help. This was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend Asia Tours to anyone interested in visiting Thailand.

"Memories for a lifetime"
We just returned from a 18 day tour of Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam with 11 people from ages 4 to 82 and it was fantastic.
Ms Lacey who organized our tour is something special, she always answered my MANY questions promptly. She redid our itinerary many times as I added locations and then deleted some and was never frustrated. She never pestered if I didn’t get back to her for a few days or weeks, and always professional.
She made suggestions that saved us money which was both appreciated and unexpected.
The tours were well done and grouped to be the most efficient, and also tailored to what we wanted to see. The tour guides were all patient, kind and accommodating, especially as some of the tours where too long for a 4 and 6-year-old. The guides helped insure that one of our tour could return safely back to the hotel with the children if needed. They also went out their way to care for us. Telling us what to expect while still being on the air-conditioned mini-bus, finding shade during the tours to sit for a minute, always having cold water ready and pointing out unique points of interest as we walked along.
Hotel selection was excellent – I had requested a pool at each which was done everywhere except Hanoi, where Ms Lacey suggested staying in the Old Town without a pool would be worth it and she was correct. We also did 2 cruises, one on the Mekong Delta and one in Halong Bay – again the ships chosen were excellent.
Hotels were 4 and 5 star and all different but each with a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality. They were all very accommodating as well with whatever we needed.
If you are looking at this review, then you are already considering visiting one or all of these countries- I can only urge you to do so. We felt very safe and welcomed everywhere. The tourist industry there has been hit hard by COVID and I can’t think of a better place to spend your travel money.
If you do decide to go then having a tour that is designed for you is well worth it. We saw many large tour buses with people being herded about while we in our small group spent time where we wanted and moved along where we were not as interested. Overall I do not feel that the cost of this tour was more than a scheduled tours but the value was far greater.
It is always scary to book something in another country with people that you have not met, and especially having to pay before you go. I chose Asia Tours because I found many positive reviews on Trip Advisor etc. and I want to add my review. I would give 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. There was honestly NOTHING that would complain about, and as the “planer” of most trips the ability for me to hand that over and enjoy the tour without responsibility was priceless.
