At Travel Neutral, we work with hotels owners in our management portfolio to remove plastics from their premises. A simple act of removing 2 plastic bottles in each room with refillable amount to tens of thousands of bottles not floating around in our rivers and oceans.

With more than 4 years of experience in sales and customer service, Huong brings the knowledge and enthusiasm required to a servicing business organization. Prior to joining TNH, Huong was a member of the pre-opening team of the first Holiday Inn & Suites in Vietnam of IHG Group. She is fortunate to be able to connect, learn, and trained valuable lore from experienced mentors about the Hospitality industry, converting them into professional skills. With dedication, a true attitude and always putting guests’ satisfaction first, in harmony with love for the hotel tourism industry, Huong always strives and constantly sets the goal of sustainability, providing the best service to anyone who comes to her. Moreover, she builds rapport with guests beyond expectation.
Huong graduated from Hoa Sen University with a major in Environmental and Natural Resources Management, with a Bachelor's degree and the position of valedictorian.

We are thrilled to share the news, once again, Bạch Suites Saigon is celebrated at the level of Asia and Vietnam for its stylist design and its architecture by the recognition of World Luxury Hotel Awards
Our journey at Bach Suites Saigon (as a hotel management structure) began with the identification of its forte; the reinforcement of its position in the challenging market right after Covid and the development of the internal team to encounter the needs of our discerning guests.
And the results are there!
Travel Neutral Hospitality - a part of Travel Neutral Collective celebrates this milestone humbly and we are looking forward to other archivements of this beautiful property.
