50 metres from the peaceful Saigon river in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is minutes to the best bars, restaurants and shopping in Vietnam - by foot.

We share the large ground floor planted terrace but have individual access to the 2 properties. We also share the enormous rooftop terrace - again with private access.

We have hot water now on the upper terrace as well as throughout the house.

$30 the whole house, or $20 for 1 bedroom.
