Focus Travel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and enhancing our travel products, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
🔸Research and identify new travel destinations and experiences that align with our brand and target audience.
🔸Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
🔸Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible rates and terms.
🔸Create detailed itineraries and travel packages, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and meals.
🔸Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve our products.
🔸Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
❗️Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
❗️Experience in product development or a similar role within the travel industry.
❗️Strong negotiation and communication skills.
❗️Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
