My name is Austin, my wife Trân and I started this business to help others filter all the BS information you get while planning a trip to Vietnam. All information is from MY personal experiences.
Unfortunately customer service and reliable information is hard to find when speaking to booking agencies and vendors in country. Almost EVERY company I personally dealt with had misinformation, bait / switch tactic’s and most interested in thier profits and bottom line versus honest information and quality customer service.
Travel agencies that book “all Inclusive” trips can be very useful, but unfortunately I found out the hard way it was “too good to be true”.
There are so many things I wish I knew on my first trip, they would have saved me A-LOT of time, frustration and money. Our focus is a stress free trip. We provide you with all the information and tools to travel freely and not get mixed up in the BIG TRAVEL companies bs and back door misinformation.
I only take on a few clients at a time, as it gives the appropriate attention your future trip needs.
