Another travel experience: doing is believing!
Last week, we organized a night Vespa street food tour for a big group from East Europe, our new market, so everything should be neat and impressive right at the beginning, our Urban Venture guide was ready to host this important group ( actually at Urban Venture Tour every single client is important to our business) . Things were very much supportive, good weather, careful & ready logistics, when we were waiting to depart soon, then came the trip leader, she came down just before her group to clarify some of her worries about our vintage Vespa, local traffic, food, driver and so on...in fact we had served many worried or unconfident clients so it was not a big deal for our guide to answer & explain well to all of her concerns. After a few secs thought, she requested: we do not need to do all of tour features as our group members are all senior people so please cut-out the tour down to 2,5 - 3 hrs instead of 4 because tomorrow we have an early start and another concern is you please go slowly to make sure that we are safe....Of course we had to follow our client requirements and carry it out accordingly.
Eventually, the group came on time for us to introduce our tour program and demonstrate the safety: how to get on & off the Vespa, how to keep the camera when riding pillion, where the hands, feet should rest... and then we kick off.
But do you know what happens next? The game has changed unexpectedly after the orientation ride. Our guide double check with the group if the ride is ok for them when we were waiting for the traffic green light: Yes, all thumps was up! Things even got better after the first stop at a little hidden yummy pork BBQ, the food is so good that could please every group member and made the trip leader requested to amend the tour: do not need to cut-out but follow the original itinerary.
So folks, after all, we are glad that clients enjoyed the trip that they had no ideas how it turns out at the beginning ( but we knew it will be great). We organized thousands trips like that, got the happy ending like that, got the feedback like that but every single tour is just like the new one for us that we have to start slowly but surely to make our clients get used to it, confident and enjoyed the trip by the way that they want to.
We finished the tour at the hotel a little bit late but our clients didn't want to leave, they lingered to have photo with their own driver, with group and to thank to our guide, biker and of course thank to the organizer-Urban Venture Tour have shared an amazing venture right in the city.

To me, travel is the best gift that humand beings ever found & developed. In the old days one have traveled on foot, sailing boat...and then car, plane, cruiser or even motor bike, bicycles so the transport means are not so important but it should be there for us, the destinations and people are much more significant at Urban Venture Tour you will get all.
In last few years Urban Venture Tour has restored the vintage Vespa - an iconic scooter in Saigon in the 60s to be a unique transportation to take the traveler around Saigon city to less traveled areas that you hardly find in order to evoke some good time and share the best of Saigon.
