Thien Ha Cave - Trang An World Heritage Complex
The new cave was discovered in 2007. The cave is hidden in the Tuong mountain range, a mountain in the Trang An range. Tuong Mountain was considered a forward guard post protecting Hoa Lu citadel during the reign of King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh.

Hang Tau - the original village in Moc Chau!

Hang Tau is located in the valley of Chieng Hac commune, Moc Chau district, nearly 20 km from Moc Chau center. Here there are green lawns and wooden houses of the H'Mong people forming isolated clusters, surrounded by mountains and forests.

Hoang Su Phi district is located in the west of Ha Giang province, located on the upstream of Chay and Bac rivers, 100 km west of Ha Giang city, geographical location:

Experience of traveling to Yen Bai !

1. Where is Tram Tau?
About 250 km from Hanoi, Tram Tau (Yen Bai) is a tourist destination chosen by many tourists for the weekend.
This is a highland district, located in the southwest of Yen Bai, 114km from the center of the province. Tram Tau district is famous for its beautiful natural scenery of mountains and forests.
The weather in Tram Tau is pleasant and the winding roads stretch with a total area of 743.34 km2, bordering Van Chan and Phu Yen districts (Son La). From here you can easily cross Muong La, Bac Yen or Mu Cang Chai quite conveniently.

2.The way to Tram Tau
To come to Tram Tau, you can choose many forms of travel by passenger car, tourist car or with young people who are adventurous, like the feeling of conquering nature, can travel in the form of backpacking. The shortest way if you want to travel from Hanoi to Tram Tau is through Thang Long Boulevard, Highway 21, Son Tay, passing through Khe Pass, Van Chan, Nghia Lo route is to Tram Tau. Or you can take Highway 32 and save nearly 20 Km compared to other roads.
3. Where to visit in Tram Tau?
3.1 Conquering Ta Xua Mountain
Ta Xua Mountain belongs to one of the 10 highest mountains of Vietnam, is like a giant dinosaur, belongs to Ban Cong commune, Tram Tau district, is a famous mountain for Yen Bai people, is the name familiar to devotees of travel experiences. Ta Xua Mountain is the shape of 3 mountain peaks combined to form an extremely majestic beauty.
Ta Xua's highest peak is up to 2865m, according to the experience of hunting clouds and trekking Ta Xua, to conquer this high mountain is not easy. With a conquering height, the road to the top is also bumpy, continuously steep, rocky in the rainy season is slippery, in the hot season it is harsh, the steep slope makes climbers lose strength.

3.2 Hunting Ta Chi Nhu clouds
If you ask what is beautiful about Tram Tau, you must mention Ta Chi Nhu, this is a 2979m high mountain, in Tram Tau district, Yen Bai province. This is a place where the weather conditions as well as the terrain are not easy, but it is the place with the most charming natural scenery, the beauty of each season has a unique feature that attracts the souls who love nature, love beauty. .
The road to Ta Chi Nhu from Hanoi is quite difficult, the long way to Tram Tau, you continue through the winding road to Xa Ho, further 8km, start walking to conquer Ta Chi Nhu peak. Climbers have to be very careful going through the cliffs, over the bumpy bends, rocks and earth, sun and wind, clouds and smoke drifting from time to time dimly and densely, blocking your view.

3.3 Bathing in Tram Tau mineral spring
Tram Tau hot mineral spring has a small area, but instead it is likened to an overflowing swimming pool, blending into nature to create a feeling of idyllic and relaxation. This is a spring from a natural groundwater source, warm, clear, clean water, sparkling lake water surrounded by mountains, forests, rocks along each block, large and small rocks interwoven with many colors. sparkling colors, giving tourists interesting experiences.

TIPS: You should bathe in cold water first, then soak in hot water for better health. The hot spring pool includes a swimming pool with a depth of about 1.2m and a soaking pool (with much more heat) where you soak your feet.
3.4 In addition, you can visit Eo Gio and hydroelectricity - about 1.5 Km away from town where there is a beautiful pine forest to check-in.
You can also explore Luu village with homestays located on the hillsides and from above you can see the terraced fields.

4.Homestay in Tram Tau
Coming to Tram Tau, you can refer to a few quality and stable homestays such as Hello Mu Cang Chai Homestay, Vu Linh Family Homestay, Thac Ba Family Homestay, Ngoc Thuy Homestay Mu Cang Chai.
However, I would suggest that you stay at Doi Thong Homestay – Located on the mountain and 29c car can go to the homestay. The owner is Mr Hung very friendly and kind.

5. What delicious food is there in Tram Tau?
If you have the opportunity to come to Tram Tau, Yen Bai, you should enjoy the delicious dishes here. These are Tu Le sticky rice, fragrant five-color sticky rice, typical mac Khen, Muong Lo roasted muo Muong, black truffle cake, coriander, shrimp paste, stream moss, bamboo shoots rolled with meat, Luc Yen chicken, red rice fish sauce, etc. Nam Thia raw fish…
