Agents should use a "Professional Inquiry Form" that captures detailed information, including:
Package types: Premium | Luxury | Standard | Budget
Budget per pax: e.g., $300 per pax
This helps clients make quicker decisions by balancing service expectations and budget.
Example:
For a 4-day, 3-night standard package in Singapore with 10 people, $300 per pax is insufficient. Travel Agents then consult the Client can either opt for a budget package with minimal services or increase their budget to at least $400 per pax. This will save much time for 3 parties (Travel agents, TUORR and the Clients) to close a deal.
2. Slow Package Quote Ex*****on: Clients expect quick price quotes. While OTAs can provide quotes instantly, travel agents typically take much longer due to the lack of an automated sales process. For instance, after receiving an inquiry, it takes TUORR 30 minutes on average to understand the inquiry requirements and prepare a quote, plus an additional 20-30 minutes for the travel agent to finalize it.
Solution:
Implement an automated sales process to provide instant quotes, similar to OTAs. This will save time for both travel agents and clients, enhancing overall efficiency and satisfaction.
