Flight tickets from Ho Chi Minh City for Tet holidays fully booked! ✈️🚫

The upcoming Tet holidays (January 25 to February 2, 2025) will lead to a high demand for air travel. Currently, many flights from Ho Chi Minh City to northern and central provinces such as Quang Binh, Thanh Hoa and cities such as Pleiku, Tuy Hoa, Quy Nhon, Vinh and Hue are already fully booked between January 22 and 26.

On the Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi route, the booking rate for January 25 is over 80%. Return flights to Ho Chi Minh City from January 30 to February 7 are also in high demand and mostly fully booked.

Swiss tourist rescued in Hoang Lien National Park 🌲🚁

Vietnamese police rescued 30-year-old Swiss Bryan Handelman, who was lost in Hoang Lien National Park near Fansipan Peak. After being disoriented for hours and panicking, the rescuers found him at 1 a.m. suffering from hypothermia. His girlfriend had previously reported him missing. Thanks to the rapid help, he was safe and well and expressed his gratitude in a letter.

Typhoon Yinxing hits Vietnam 🌧️🌪️

Typhoon Yinxing, the seventh typhoon to hit Vietnam this year, reached the South China Sea with wind speeds of up to 220 km/h. It is expected to weaken before reaching the coast of Vietnam. Due to the approaching tropical storm Trami, flights in central Vietnam have been temporarily suspended to ensure the safety of passengers. The decision affects several airports in the region as heavy rains and strong winds are expected. The authorities advise travelers to regularly check the flight status and follow the airlines' instructions.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam is temporarily suspending operations at the following airports:

**Phu Bai Airport** on October 27 from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm temporarily suspended.
- Da Nang Airport**: Flight suspension from October 27 at 6:00 am to October 28 at 4:00 am.
- D**g Hoi Airport**: no operation on October 27 from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Chu Lai Airport**: Operations suspended from October 27 at 10:00 am to October 28 at 10:00 am.

Vietnam prepares for tropical storm Trami 🌧️🇻🇳

With tropical storm Trami off the coast, Vietnam is taking precautions: over 285,000 soldiers and 13 aircraft are on standby for rescue and relief operations. Heavy rainfall and flooding are expected, especially in the coastal regions. The safety and protection of the population is a top priority while the country closely monitors the storm.

Over the next 72 hours, the storm is expected to move mainly eastwards at a speed of up to 10 km/h and weaken further.
Due to the storm, the waters in the northern East Vietnam Sea will become extremely rough.
Waves could reach up to nine meters high, and the strong winds of up to 133 km/h and gusts of up to 183 km/h are expected to pose a significant threat to ships at sea from Friday evening.
The storm will also bring heavy rains to the region from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai with rainfall of 300-500 mm, even 700 mm in some areas.
The area from Ha Tinh province to the northern part of the Central Highlands will also be affected by heavy rainfall with rainfall of up to 300 mm.

Lien,P**c und Heinz, die Mitbegründer unseres Teams lernten sich 2016 in Deutschland kennen, und hatten vor allem eines gemeinsam, die Leidenschaft zu Reisen. Wir waren seit Jahren als Reiseführer oder Reiseplaner in Vietnam und Südostasien tätig, kannten die lokalen Gegebenheiten und die schönsten Reiseziele.

Wir wollten anders sein als die anderen Reiseveranstalter, arbeitete als Kollektiv, liebten selber das individuelle Reisen und wussten, den Pauschal Urlaub von der Stange, wollten wir nicht mehr anbieten.

Im Jahr 2017 entschlossen wir uns neue Touren abseits der üblichen Touristenpfade zu entwerfen. Wir entwarfen Reisen auf abseits gelegenen Pfaden, die die Kultur und das wirkliche Leben in Vietnam und Südostasien näher bringen sollen.

Schnell sprach sich in Ho Chi Minh Stadt, herum, dass man bei uns eine tolle Beratung, günstige Preise und eben auch Urlaubstipps und Reisen abseits der Masse erhält. Flug, Bahn, Reisen... alles haben wir irgendwie möglich gemacht, wenn nötig in Nachtschichten.

Engagement, Freude am Reisen, Weltoffenheit und eine Portion gesunder Ehrgeiz haben das Unternehmen wachsen lassen, und so entstand Unseen Vietnam Tours.

Lien, P**c and Heinz, the co-founders of our team, got to know each other in 2016 in Germany, and above all had one thing in common, the passion to travel. We have worked for years as a travel guide or travel planner in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, knew the local conditions and the most beautiful destinations.

We wanted to be different than the other tour operators, worked as a collective, loved the individual traveling and knew, the package holiday off the rack, we did not want to offer.

In 2017, we decided to design new tours off the usual tourist trails. We designed trips on out-of-the-way paths to bring the culture and real life of Vietnam and Southeast Asia closer together.

Quick talked in Ho Chi Minh City, around that you get a great advice, low prices and also holiday tips and travel away from the crowd. Flight, train, travel ... we made everything possible, if necessary in night shifts.
