Sometimes our clues are hidden and hard to find 👀🔎

AND sometimes they completely disappear 🤔

Today we discovered that clue 6 has been TOTALLY paved over 🤣😅😂😭 so the current version of the Hoi An Mystery Trail is broken.

We need to rework our trail and update the maps!

Our Story

We are Huong (10 years old) and Hang (11 years old) and Hoi An Mystery Trail is our first business. Our amazing teacher Ms Sammantha created a Mystery Trail of Hoi An, but she needed to leave Vietnam for a new adventure. Samm trusted us with this gift and asked us to take care of Travel Trails (as it was then called) for her. With LOTS of help from our mum we are now proud to be the owners and hope that you enjoy your self-guided adventure of Hoi An.

Here at Hoi An Mystery Trail we have an experience for people, both visiting Hoi An or already living here! We encourage you to explore the town in a way you haven’t before, while unraveling and solving an exciting Murder Mystery. For the cost of VND 100,000 we provide you with a Mystery Trail clue sheet to help you on your way. Your mission is to eliminate a number of prime suspects and weapons. Walk the streets, follow the numbered clues to solve the mystery. Go it alone or work in a team.

This murder mystery takes detective/s (you) on a clue finding mission set within the lantern lit streets of Hoi An.

Amongst the historic streets of Hoi An a murder has taken place; locals are in shock. Three nights ago John Jack Pierre, a local businessman and calculating criminal was murdered in cold blood. He’d had plans to demolish part of the ancient town to make way for a hotel chain… Needless to say this didn’t sit well with the locals and many wished him dead. Detectives, you have quite the job on your hands!
