Air Vanuatu's reservations team would like to outline the following updates to its customers.

Fare Conditions:

1. Changes and rebooking - permitted charge VUV 1,000 per person.

2. Refunds to fares are only allowed if requested before departure- each refund request are charged at VUV5,000.

3. After departure, refunds are not permitted - loss of fare

4. No shows - Loss of fares so a new ticket must be purchased

5. Name Change on ticket - name change is permitted and it is charged at VUV 5,000 per person.

Baggage Allowance *Excess baggage rates apply*:

1. Carry-on Luggage allowance is 5kg per person - (ADT & CHD)

2. Checked in baggage allowance is 10kg per person - (ADT & CHD)

Payment options include:

• Cash at Air Vanuatu's sales office or at the domestic airport,

Dear Valued Guests, Patrons and Partners,

We want to express our sincere gratitude for all your kind messages and support during these challenging times. We would now like to give you a further update.

The Hotel and Casino have received preliminary confirmation from Engineers that the structural integrity of the building remains sound. Whilst we've been fortunate to avoid significant structural damage, we have nevertheless sustained damage throughout the hotel and casino as a result of the earthquake. Completing this initial assessment phase is pivotal, as the care and safety of our staff and guests are of paramount importance.

We will shortly be commencing the clean up and repair of all areas impacted. Further to our initial communication and having assessed the relevant impacts we will not be providing any accommodation or services at this stage before the 31st march 2025 .

Our communication systems are gradually being restored but we still have no power to the building nor email access as of this post. We are working with the relevant authorities to have those utilities up as soon as is practically possible. Once that occurs, we will provide an immediate update.

Please continue to direct any reservation inquiries to WhatsApp Mark at +678 533 4050 should you need to communicate with the team on the ground in Vanuatu. Any deposits paid for accommodation that was not and/or will not be utilised will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

The Grand Hotel and Casino is a major contributor to the Vanuatu economy , we are focussed on repairing the damage and opening up for business as soon as practical.
