"Lapita Cafe's Santo facility at Redkona, where its gluten-free cassava flour is produced, has now been HACCP certified. The certificate was handed over today by the Australian Government's Governance for Growth (GfG) representative, Mr. Willie Luen, and Mrs. Joanna Spencer from VCCI, to Lapita Cafe's MD, Mrs. Votausi Reur McKenzie.

The accredited certifying body was Bureau Veritas of New Zealand. This allows Lapita to access the formal regulated markets overseas.

Quality Solutions was engaged, via VCCI and GfG, to support Lapita obtain HACCP certification"
