Ghana is 59 years old on 6th March,2016.Hurray.Much has been done, but much more is yet to be achieved as a nation. Our Centre seriously urge the Government and all stakeholders in the Tourism and Hospitality industry in Ghana to pay more attention to the sector in order to realise its full potential.Specifically, there is the need to develop the necessary infrastructure such as good roads, reliable water and power supply to and at major attraction centres in the country. For example, the road to the Kakum National Park in the Central Region to be worked on. Also, equal attention must be paid to the training and development of the himan resource base in the industry. We humbly appeal to the operators of hotels, restaurants, pubs and nite clubs, car rentals and travel and tour companies to train their employees as this will go a long way to improve upon the quality of service provided to the guests at these facilities. In the same,it is our expectation that the one percent Tourism Levy being paid by patrons of tourism facilities will be put to good use by the Ghana Tourism Authority and the Ministry of Tourism,Culture, and the Creative Arts so as to promote, market and positioned Ghana as the number one Tourism Destination in Africa.
Once again,we wish the country a happy and sparkling touristic birthday.Long live Ghana.
We finally appeal to all citizens to visit tourist attractions in their communities during the National holiday-6th March.
I look forward to your suggestions and comment via:[email protected] or call or whatsapp me on:00233208306846.Thanks.

Hi folks. Recent developments on the international front has called for the need of hospitality and tourism service providers to step up efforts at ensuring security especially in their premises. The attack on hotels in Mali and Burkina Faso is unfortunate and our Centre condemns it in uncertain terms.
We humbly appeal to the political leadership in the sub region to stregthen security at the border posts and all points of entry-land,sea,air.
It is also important that all of us become security conscious and vigilant at all times.
Nevertheless, let us travel and explore the world.Tourism-all the way. Please feel free to contact me on [email protected] or my whatsup line-00233 208306846. Thanks.
