JOB POSITIONS : 1 Cashier, 1 Secretary and 1 Office Manager

A new office for Traveling Agency will be opened next month (April, 2015) in Ash-Town, Kumasi - Ghana and we are currently hiring for a Full-Time position for a Cashier, a Secretary and an Office Manager.
SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri (8am-5pm), Sat (8am- 2pm). Applicant should be willing to stay over time during peak seasons.
OVERVIEW: Perform routine office duties, help clients process their applications, prepare clients for their visa interviews. Make sure clients have all necessary traveling documents before leaving the country. Deliver PowerPoint presentations and orientations to school campus, supporters union, and corporate bodies at least once in every two months (performed by the office manager or the secretary).
EDUCATION & SKILLS: Some Post-Secondary degree/Undergraduate degree or equivalent with at least one year experience using cash machines, computers, Internet, basic office equipment, MS.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (2013), Computer skills sufficient to operate online systems and advance softwares like Corel Draw/Photoshop (performed by the secretary/manager)
EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months previous experience for any of the positions you apply. At least ONE travel experience in another country other than Ghana (for the manager position).
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
》Schedules and attends orientations, presentations, and negotiation deals with clients within the Kumasi sub-metro (Manager).
》Provides assistance in the planning and implementation of administrative projects, coordinates work between clients and our partners (Manager).
》Coordinate assigned season calendar through effective and creative scheduling (Secretary)
》Develops, coordinates, and maintain record keeping and filling systems. Assists in compiling and reviewing data, in making calculations, and in preparing a variety of administrative and statistical reports. Assists in the preparation of presentations (Secretary).
》Receive payments and facilitate financial transactions both online/virtual payments and in-person payments (Cashier).
》Deposit all in-person payments at the bank and submit end-of-day reports to the secretary and the manager (Cashier).
》All Candidates must have good communication skills, must be fluent in English and Asante-Twi, be flexible, friendly, have a positive attitude, hard working, dedicated, and willing to make a difference in the lives of our cherished clients. You may require a Police Bureau Criminal Records check. The job is dependent on suitable references/guarantors.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary is based on experience and education qualification. There will be periodic raises, commission, and bonuses.
