My name is Carrie and I have had celiac (gluten allergy) and a dairy allergy for over 18 years. I spent a large portion of those years suffering through birthdays, holidays and many gatherings having to say "No" to all the delicious treats that come along with them. When my daughter was diagnosed with the same dietary issues I became extremely motivated to re-create all those family favorites. It
