Offbeat Production Offbeat Production is a group of enthusiastic individuals aiming to create opportunities by turning creative ideas into unique moments.

In September 2014, under the patronage of the Minister of Tourism Mr. Michel Pharaon, Offbeat Production organized “Flashback Beirut” a full day event on Bliss Street. This cultural event highlighted major aspects of life in Beirut during the 60s and 70s. More than 8,000 persons visited the transformed street and enjoyed live entertainment, shopped at the old souk, and were introduced to Beirut’s

golden era. In December 2010, Offbeat Production organized the first graffiti contest in Lebanon, “Graffiti Exposed”, under the patronage of the Minister of Interior Mr.Ziad Baroud. This street art contest gathered more than 20 local talents around “Emigration does it have to be?”.
