This was a front garden make over at a property in Wavell Heights.
We first had to dig out the front garden to bring our levels back to where necessary. Footings were then dug out for the bottom 1m high section of wall & steps. We then concreted in new footings to a depth of 400mm & installed reo bar at intervals and then constructed the new 1m high wall to both areas, either side of steps.
We then dug out footings for the top wall and other side of driveway. Concreted in new footings & installed reo bar at
intervals and then constructed the new 400mm high wall with 1.4m high pillars at 2.4m intervals.
We then concrete core filled the walls and pillars. We then rendered the walls and pillars, leaving a sand finished look.
We has installed electric cable from the house to the top wall where gate needed to be installed. In between the bottom wall & the top wall, we formed a flower bed using lavender plants.
We then constructed steps out of bessa block & concrete which we then layed pavers to the front risers and treads of steps.
The two sections at bottom we layed paver concrete edging to form a flower bed all around area. We then installed soil & native plants to areas. We then laid crusher dust and white pavers in a diamond formation to two middle sections. We installed synthetic grassed to areas.
We then had a company install the panels between the pillars and the electric gate.
