You actually DON'T need to pay wages to Au Pair's - (up to 4 hrs a day can come for free). They are personally screened by us and need to meet strict criteria. They are chosen from polite, child aware backgrounds and cultures. All you need to offer is a room and 3 meals a day. We ensure families gain the assistance they need with general house duties and help with their children. Hosting an overseas Au Pair also provides a unique opportunity for Australian children to learn facets of another language and culture, which can be immensely rewarding. The program is for three months or 6 months, but the Au Pair can stay with the same family for up to 1 year (conditions apply). Our Au Pair program is simple and affordable.
