It's time for a change.
After careful consideration, we have decided to re-brand gthe hotel, in the hope that a fresh new look and a more fitting name will extend the appeal of our establishment to a wider customer base.
The new name is Beachfront Hotel, Cha Am, which now says exactly what it is! There's a new Facebook for Beachfront Hotel, from which you can access our booking application, courtesy of Keith Jackson.
We sincerely hope that our regular Scandinavian guests are not offended by the name change.
Other than the name change, it's business as normal. We will be opening the restaurant again by the end of October, ready for high season.

We still have a few rooms left over the Songkran / Thai New Year Festival period. What better place to stay and watch the beachfront parade and festivities that right on the North Beach Road. New photos of the recently completed renovation works will be posted soon, together with the launch of a new website. Out I.T. guru has been working hard to ensure the new website is top-class. It will include photos of all the rooms and a selection of our most popular cuisine from the recently updated restaurant menu. There will also be a booking page where you can check room availability and prices. All cool stuff! We will post again as soon as the website is launched. We've done some significant renovation to the restaurant this year and all the rooms are now equipped with safes. If you've stayed with us before. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Needless to say,the warm welcome and family touch is still guaranteed! :-)

With Songkran just around the corner, now would be a great time to plan a trip to Cha Am. Songkran is the water festival which commemorates Thai New Year and it's an event not to be missed. We still have a few rooms available over the holiday. Scandy Resort is right on the seafront - a great place to relax and watch the parades and antics of the other visitors as they celebrate along the beach road.
