Grow Kids Yoga PLAY. LEARN. GROW. Interactive storytelling & age-appropriate yoga combine to develop kids 3-10 ment CREATIVITY, COURAGE, COMPASSION AND IMAGINATION. Absolutely.

These are what Grow Kids are made of. Because the focus is on emotional and cognitive - as well as physical - development, kids who experience the Grow approach are exposed to a world of deeper learning. Children build awareness of their bodies and minds as they breathe into the poses and focus on what they're feeling. Being interactive keeps kids from being passive, deepening their connection to

the stories, the morals and the lessons. Developing stronger muscles, balance, coordination and physical awareness builds confidence and empowerment. Each lesson combines age-appropriate physical activity that gives kids the ability to understand the world around them and within them - whether literally or creatively expressed. Does each class teach 'proper' yoga? It's the foundation upon which everything else is built.

The Barn at Pure Pizza Plaza/Midwood is the home of Grow Together Summer Camp - three fun weeks filled with kids' art, sensory play and yoga.
Parents, enjoy your mornings out knowing your children are engaged and having a great time.

We had an awesome time today with our campers. We explored sensory play, created a collaborative masterpiece, and going on a yoga adventure. As an added bonus, we made quick work of local, organic pizza courtesy of our amazing host.
