Wuhan East Like High Technology group was founded in 1993 in order to stimulate the development of Wuhan technology district and has been growing for the past 20 years. We now employed more than 2000 person. Our core activity are the management of science and technology parks, flue gas desulphurization and environmentally friendly electric power project. Involved in multiple environmental and inf
rastructure project, we are active in multiple provinces and autonomous regions throughout China such as Hubei, Hunan and much more. Wuhan East Lake high technology group is currently managing multiple science parks, which are :
- Optical Valley – Core Ship Centre:
With a total area of approximatively 250,000 square metres, Optical Valley Core Ship Centre is dedicated to the development of the laser and the photoelectric industry. It wishes to gather enterprise in those fields and creates an eco-friendly community. The science park includes R&D facilities, offices, accommodation for the employees, a sports complex and many high tech facilities. It is a platform business development platform. At the moment, multiple companies have settled in the park such as Hua science and technology, Huaray Laser and much more.
- Biomedical Accelerator:
The Biomedical accelerator covers an area of 600,000 square metres. It mainly targets domestic and international medium-sized enterprises involved in the biopharmaceutical industry. Optical Valley Biopolis is focused on creating an innovative area for biomedical company and on developing modern medicine. It includes research and development facilities, offices and an accelerator to assist the companies’ development. Companies such as Thermo Fisher, Fresenius Kabi , JHL Biotech are currently in the park.
- East Lake High Tech Innovative city:
East lake high technology group is located in Hubei province, in the core area of the industrial sector near Wuhan Optical Valley. It covers an area of 11 square kilometres. With a total investment of 3O billions yuan, the main focus of our project is the introduction of new energy and high value-added industries: photoelectric energy, environmental protection, laser application, in order to gather in one place R&D, scholars, and supply chains. We wished to turn central China into the first scenic area that gathers innovative industry. Our objective is to transform Hubei in an industrial hub of economic integration. As of now, we have signed with Wuhan Khan Electrical & Electronic technology, Guangdong SMT Association and Torsung.
- East Lake High Tech Creative City
- Wuhan First city:
Wuhan First City occupies a total area of 3,4 square kilometres. With investments exceeding 10 billion yuan, the park is devoted to the development and innovation of the IT industry. It will focus on the development of software and R&D. In collaboration with the internationally known IT Zone, Silicon Valley. At the moment, IBM and other companies are in the park.
- Xiangyang multifunctional metropolis:
Located in Xiangyang city high-tech zone, Xiangyang international innovation base is a duplicate of Wuhan International enterprise centre. Its total area covers 350 000 square metres. It includes office buildings, R&D, and other facilities. Its aim is to establish a cooperation between the students, both domestic and returned, in order to help them develop their entrepreneurship, bring forth new ideas and foster the growth of businesses. With an annual input value of a billion yuan, everything will be build to accommodate more that 500 companies.
- BEA Hangzhou – Hangzhou Biomedical accelerator :
Biomedical Industry cluster in the Yangtze river delta area
The Hangzhou biomedical accelerator of Wuhan East Lake High Technology group plans to cover 175 acres, with a total floor area of 16 square kilometres. It is Yuhang biomedical core area. Yangtze River Delta is committed to creating a core area for the biomedical industry. According to the personnel representative, DR Ding Lieming, it has already gathered multiple projects. Novartis, Amgen, Sanofi, Glaxo Smith Kline and other 500 pharmaceutical giants are interested. Furthermore, Betta pharmaceutical, Minsheng pharmaceutical, and other well-known national companies have already settled in the park.
- Changsha International Enterprise Centre:
Located in the Henan province, Changsha international centre covers an area of 10 000 square metres. The annual production value of the supply chain is close to a billion yuan and our annual interest reaches hundred million yuan. Our project is to create a space gathering office work, R&D , production and many other activities. It will be the first in Hunan that gathers new, innovative industries and offers multiple services. More than 200 hundred companies have already settled in the park, among them are CEC China Engineering Corporation, Changsha Chaint Machinery Co and The second Engineering Co of the airport group of China Railway.
- PingTan Hi Tech:
Government & Enterprises collaboration to create an innovative high-tech town. PingTan high Tech covers an area of 9,5 square kilometres. The park program follows a progressive development plan. The first phase of development covers an area of 2,5 square kilometres and was completed within three years. Every two years, the project will progressively gain 35O acres. Within 10 years, the park will have reached its final size of 9,5 square kilometres. The park gives play to Pingtan “ free trade zone, experimental zone and international tourism” policy advantages. Integration of natural resources on both sides and a large health industry. It will combine a new generation of IT, cultural and creative industries to create a high-tech city where health, technology and tourism are united.
