Titan-VNS has just held a two-day training programme entitled “ISO 9001:2015 Requirements & Internal Audit”. The objective of the event was to introduce new internal auditors into the rolling processes as well as further improving the knowledge and skills of our existing internal auditor roster.
We were pleased to benefit from the knowledge and experience of external trainer, K. Buttri Laksanapanyakul who led the programme which took place at Titan-VNS Head Office in Sri Racha and involved two days of intensive classroom work with the two dozen attendees also breaking out into small group projects.
The event was organised by Ms Thanita Akkharasa, Titan-VNS Training Manager.
Ms Anong Nacom, Titan-VNS Quality Management Representative (QMR) who is responsible for overseeing training courses that concern ISO 9001:2015 requirements and management skills said: “Implementing a world class quality management system that fully complies with exacting ISO9001:2015 requirements means we must always be pushing very hard and raising our game. That means continuously upgrading the skill sets of our existing internal auditors as well as identifying and developing new people.
“We covered a lot of ground over the two days and I’m satisfied that everyone made tangible progress and would like to thank Ms Buttri for the input she was able to offer, I think everyone learnt a lot from her about improving processes and positively benefitted,” Ms Nacom added.
