HOW TO BOOK:
1. Download 'GYMCATCH' app OR go to 'GYMCATCH.COM'
2. Search for 'Boogie Bounce with Zoe'
3. Go to the calendar and skip through to week commencing Monday 16th January
4. Select Monday or Wednesday
5. Select AVAILABLE PACKAGES - this will allow you to book a block of classes, your space is then secured for the whole 7 week block
7. Once you have paid for your classes you MUST go back to the calendar and press BOOK again as this then books you in to all your classes. If you do not do this your name does not go on my list and can result on someone else taking your slot.

What is Boogie Bounce?
Boogie Bounce is a danced inspired, choreographed, training concept, which uses a mini trampoline and gravity as resistance. This gives a whole new dimension to the High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) principle. Rebounding challenges the cardiovascular system and is incredibly effective and efficient at burning fat, while also helping protect the main joints of the body and increasing muscle and bone density.
Trampolining or Rebounding as it also known has many health benefits –

🌟Mini Dance Fusion got to showcase some dance routines for Mums and Dads on Monday!
🌟Mini Dance Fusion will be running over the summer every Wednesday from 3.30 to 4.30. If your child is age 4 to P2 and loves to dance don’t hesitate to get in touch and reserve a place.

7. Once you have paid for your class/classes you MUST go back and press BOOK again as this then books you in to all your classes. If you do not do this your name does not go on my list and can result on someone else taking your slot.
