Another week of training completed. This week Seagull Training Services 'Accredited Training Provider'Seagull Training Company owner Ian Robertson Cat 2 ITSSAR AITT has been helping HL Training Services meet their busy schedules with some specialist training here in Cornwall.

With Simon Tynan completing a busy Seagull schedule on Counter Balance, Boom Lift, Scissor Lift and Skid Steer on the South Coast it’s fair to say we’re are looking forward to a chill this weekend, albeit very short as we’re heading up country to Shrewsbury on Sunday for next weeks courses.

Bit of cone work today for the lads on the Loading Shovel Novice course. So far, right on target for a successful week I’d say.

Where does the time go ?

Big thanks goes out to Shane Richardson & Vincent Hueston for all the input and banter. Great course which was all the things it should be ; Informative, entertaining, and fun. Big up guys 👏 great job.
Now for the drive back to sunny Cornwall.

Daily risk assessments have been a must and he’s pulled it out of the bag. 😎😎. Enjoy your holiday mate, well needed I know.

“Everyday is a school day”

The importance of graded excavations was highlighted today as multiple underground services were located and identified in the area.
Preparation is key to identify the location of underground services prior to commencing a dig.
With the aid of a banks person/spotter, site plans and with Cat and genny detectors, excavations were completed safely and with out incident. Big up guys.

Some pretty tight squeezes on today,s 9T dumper. Great job guys. 360 Excavator Experienced course starts tomorrow, with Tandem roller and Telehandler over the weekend. It’s all go to get the clients compliance upto date.

With Simon Tynan finishing off a 3 day B1 Counter Balance course today in Newquay and starting a Reach conversion tomorrow for the same customer it’s all hands on deck as usual.

A bit of j2 Telehandler training this week for our Chief seagull Seagull Training Services 'Accredited Training Provider'
The suns been shining for us which has been really pleasant, although recycling sites can get very dusty.

Great job guys, excellent low score passes from all candidates.

Ian Bills director of South Wales and South West FLT Training has also been running various courses in Mid & North Wales for us, big thank you goes out to him, great feedback received as always.

Seagull Training Services 'Accredited Training Provider' is Back in full swing and flying high with Chief Seagull Ian Robertson providing training this week for HL Training Services down here in Devon.

Simon Tynan is down in Deepest Cornwall this week and next putting the Seagull Novice trainees through their paces on Skid Steer, then MEWP and B2 Counter Balance Refreshers.
