Betamindes Care Services

Betamindes day care and respite care services are an ideal alternative to permanent care for those who are usually looked after at home. Our homely bungalow is well placed, integrated within the local community of Wistaston and within easy reach of Crewe, Nantwich and surrounding areas. We offer a range of occupational activities which stimulate and engage our guests, hel

ping to keep minds and bodies active. We provide fresh home cooked meals that are prepared onsite by our resident chef. If required we can pick up and drop off clients on pre-arranged days. Betamindes Home Care

We understand that our clients prefer to maintain the dignity and familiarity of living within the comfort of their own home wherever possible, and we're here to help sustain that independence as much as possible with our home care service. We are on hand to provide one to one, non-medical assistance, whether it is for just a few hours, or 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Some of our personal and home care services:
Companionship
Help with bathing
Dementia care
Light housekeeping duties
Make beds
Monitor diet and eating
Help with general shopping
Arrange appointments
Participate in hobbies and crafts
Es**rt to and from appointments

Dementia Action Week
Soooo we’ve gone and done it 🏆 Myself and my eldest daughter have just completed the dementia step challenge 850,000 steps in 12 weeks and here’s the medal to prove it. So far we’ve raised nearly £200 please follow the link if you’d like to add to this worthy cause. 🙏

Have you ever wondered how fulfilling it would be to work as a home care assistant? Here's your chance to make that difference!!

We understand that changing careers can be very daunting, however we are able to support you fully during this period. Call in advance to arrange a socially distanced meeting, in complete confidence, to discuss any queries you have with any of us.

Betamindes is a family run business whose ethos is to provide quality care to individuals living in their own homes with bespoke person-centred support.

Due to increasing demand for our services we have several regular rota patterns available. As long as you can drive and you have access to a vehicle, call now to join our winning team in the Sandbach, Crewe & Nantwich area.

Working pattern is weekend on, weekend off with hours to suit your lifestyle (proportionate to your weekday hours). We can support you to work around your partners shifts, childcare, a part time job or education. Please call us to discuss possible working patterns first if you wish.

What will you be helping with -

Preparing and serving meals
Medication support
Support to wash and dress
Oral hygiene help
Shopping and light domestic tasks
Companionship
Attending appointments
Support to maintain their own home
Continence care

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Our commitment to you:

Competitive pay rates at £9.27 in the week/£9.79 per hour at the weekend
Competitive mileage allowance paid
Enhanced rates for bank holidays
Full and comprehensive induction training provided
Shadowing with an experienced carer
Ongoing training and support
Access to QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care following a successful probationary period
Company Pension Scheme
5.6 weeks paid holiday on a pro rata basis
Essential:

To have an understanding and empathetic nature
You do have to drive for this position and have the use of your own vehicle
You will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check
Salary: £9.27-£9.79 per hour

Part-time hours: 6-35 per week
