Last Chance to Climb Mount Rinjani This Season!🔥🌋

If you’re a true mountain enthusiast and find Mount Batur and Ijen “child’s play,” it’s time to challenge yourself with something more serious. A trek to Mount Rinjani is one of the most epic adventures Indonesia has to offer. But hurry — trekking trails will close for the rainy season starting January 1st!

Why You Should Climb Mount Rinjani?

Located on Lombok Island, Rinjani stands tall as Indonesia’s second-highest volcano at 3,726 meters. Its massive silhouette can even be seen from certain spots on Bali — an impressive sight, wouldn’t you agree?

Rinjani is an active volcano with a unique structure. Following eruptions in the 1990s, a new mountain, Gunung Baru, formed within the crater, surrounded by the sacred Segara Anak Lake. The landscape here is both powerful and breathtaking.

Climbing Rinjani is more than just a hike — it’s a full-on adventure. Picture yourself camping under the stars, cooking over a campfire, trekking through lush jungles, relaxing by the lake, and enjoying awe-inspiring views at every step.

Important Information

‼️ Climbing Rinjani is not for everyone.
This is a challenging route that requires physical fitness and endurance. Additionally, altitudes above 3,000 meters may cause symptoms of altitude sickness. If you’re ready to take on the challenge, this experience will stay with you forever.

Review from One of Our Adventurers:

“This was an unforgettable journey! Everything was organized for maximum comfort. I was picked up at the port in Lombok and taken to a hotel with a fantastic view of Mount Rinjani. The trek was tough, but the team supported me every step of the way: solving problems, keeping spirits high, and surrounding us with care. The food during the trek was delicious, and we had warm sleeping bags and cozy tents at the campsite. Thank you, MyBaliTrips, for such an adventure! I’ll definitely be back!”

Don’t miss your chance to conquer Mount Rinjani! 🌟 Contact us!👌

🌴 How Many Days Should You Spend on Nusa Penida?

Nusa Penida is a large island just 40 minutes from Bali, and it’s rightfully considered a must-visit destination! 🏝️ Here, you’ll find some of the most “Instagrammable” spots: Diamond Beach, Kelingking Cliff, and Broken Beach. The island also attracts underwater enthusiasts who come here for snorkeling and swimming with manta rays — the gentle giants of the ocean. 🐋

When planning a trip, the question arises: how much time should you allocate for Nusa Penida?
Ideally, spend at least two days here to fully enjoy the island’s main attractions, which are scattered across its various corners.

If you’re short on time and plan to visit for just one day, keep in mind that it will be challenging to see all the top spots.
Firstly, distances on Nusa Penida are significant, and the roads are not always in the best condition.
Secondly, it gets dark early on the island, so after sunset, you’ll only have time to head to a restaurant, your hotel, or the port. On a one-day tour, you’ll need to prioritize a few key locations and skip the rest.

A two-day tour allows you to dedicate the first day to exploring and relaxing on the beaches. Visit Broken Beach with its iconic natural arch, feel the power of the ocean waves at Angel’s Billabong, descend to the wild Kelingking Beach and feel like a movie star, and finally, unwind and swim in the turquoise waters of Crystal Bay. 🏖️

After such a packed day, spending the night at a hotel on the island is priceless! In the morning, you’ll wake up refreshed and ready for more adventures, such as snorkeling with manta rays. Watch them gracefully glide through the water, smoothly waving their “wings.” Manta rays are completely safe for humans, and there’s an almost 100% chance of seeing them here!

Choose your accommodation: a budget-friendly hotel or a luxurious four-star resort with stunning views of the ocean and Mount Agung. Either way, this will be an unforgettable adventure! 🌅

Have you always dreamed of swimming with dolphins? 🐬 It’s time to make that dream come true – and you can do it in Bali!

Join us on a two-day journey to the northern part of the island, to the picturesque village of Lovina. At dawn, as the sun rises above the horizon, boats head out to the open sea, giving you a unique chance to observe dolphins in their natural habitat. These friendly creatures often swim very close, and you’ll have the opportunity to swim alongside them by putting on a mask and diving right off the boat. It’s an unforgettable experience of connecting with nature that will leave lasting memories.

Since Lovina is located far from the main tourist areas, we offer a two-day tour to let you relax and explore the surroundings, discovering iconic Bali landmarks:

Pura Ulun Danu Beratan — the famous temple on Lake Beratan, a true symbol of Bali.
Banjar Hot Springs — natural mineral springs heated by volcanoes and enriched with beneficial minerals, perfect for relaxing in a scenic setting.
Aling-Aling Waterfall — a complex of waterfalls ranging from 2 to 15 meters high, where you can jump from the falls and swim in a crystal-clear lagoon.
Night Snorkeling — in Lovina, on certain nights, you can see glowing plankton, adding a magical touch to the underwater world.
Sekumpul Waterfalls — a complex of 7 sacred waterfalls, the tallest of which reaches 80 meters. Here, you can also enjoy the natural water slides of Lemukih, surrounded by tropical forest.
The tour includes an overnight stay with breakfast at a hotel, transfers, entrance tickets, a boat for snorkeling, and all necessary equipment.

Price — from 1,900,000 IDR per person (for groups of 4+ people).

“Everything was amazing! No need to go to the Maldives :)
Our guide on Gili was a bit late, but he made up for it with a delicious lunch on him.🤤

He turned out to be a great guy—fun and friendly! He got us bikes for a full day, took us to the hotel, and then to snorkeling.

We snorkeled with a group of 18 people, and that day the spots were unusually crowded. But we still managed to dive around the sculptures, take photos, and see turtles and a coral garden! Our guides dove with two GoPros and recorded videos. The locations were stunning—truly brought tears to my eyes 🥹

The islands are gorgeous, and the hotel was fantastic, with breakfast included.

Thank you for the organization! Traveling to such remote places with MyBaliTrips is so convenient 🫶🏼
I’m looking forward to my next trip to Bali to explore new places with you!”

Our customer’s review 🌴💚

At MyBaliTrips, we organize 2-day tours to Gili Trawangan, complete with snorkeling and accommodation.

The tour includes:

• Group transfer from your hotel to Padang Bai port and back (available for southern regions)
• Speed boat ticket
• 1-night stay at Lakshmi Bungalows & Villas in a Standard room
• Breakfast at the hotel
• Group snorkeling at 3 spots with equipment provided

Melukat is a sacred Balinese ritual that uses water as a tool for personal purification. The goal of this ceremony is to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit, removing any negative influences 🙏

It is believed that Melukat can heal spiritual and non-medical ailments. Whether you believe in its powers or not, bathing in the holy waters of Bali’s springs will leave you feeling rejuvenated and full of energy.

💦 During the ceremony, participants bathe in the sacred waters of a spring, known for its spiritual and healing properties. A Balinese priest or mangku leads the ceremony, guiding the participants through prayers and offerings. Wearing traditional attire, participants follow specific rules of conduct and etiquette throughout the ritual.

Tourists are welcome to experience this purification under the guidance of a Balinese priest.

Where can you experience Melukat in Bali?

1️⃣ Pura Tirta Empul Temple
2️⃣ Holy Springs of Sebatu
3️⃣ Pura Selukat Temple
4️⃣ Pura Dalem Pingit Temple
5️⃣ Holy Springs Beji Selati
6️⃣ Pura Tirta Sudamala

Selamat Hari Raya Galungan 🇮🇩✨

For the next 10 days, Bali is filled with a unique and sacred energy as the island celebrates Galungan, a time when ancestral spirits return to reunite with their families. These spirits, welcomed with prayers and offerings, come back to their earthly homes, and the Balinese gather to honor the triumph of good over evil.

The streets are lined with towering bamboo poles, temples are alive with vibrant ceremonies, and families come together in traditional dress to connect with the divine. It’s a deeply spiritual moment, filled with love and devotion, a time when generations, both past and present, come together.

This sacred celebration will culminate with Kuningan, when the spirits return to the afterlife, leaving behind a profound sense of peace. Witnessing this beautiful tradition is truly an emotional and unforgettable experience.

😍 Bali is a beautiful and diverse island, offering much to explore, but getting around can be tricky without proper transportation. Here’s a breakdown of the main options:

🚘 Car Rental: Renting a car gives you freedom and comfort, especially for longer trips. It’s great for families or groups, but narrow roads, heavy traffic, and parking difficulties in tourist areas can be challenging.

🛵 Scooter Rental: A cost-effective and nimble way to get around. Scooters are ideal for navigating Bali’s traffic and narrow streets, but riding can be risky, especially for inexperienced drivers, and requires an international driver’s license.

You can rent a car or scooter with .bali for a convenient and flexible way to explore the island.

🚕 Taxi: Taxis offer convenience without the hassle of driving. Services like Grab or Gojek are widely available, but they can be expensive for long trips. Motorcycle taxis are a cheaper alternative for short rides.

🚗 Car Rental with Driver: This option combines comfort and safety, perfect for those who prefer not to drive. Local drivers are familiar with the roads and can act as informal guides.

You can book a car with a driver through us. It’s cheap and reliable, with prices starting from 730,000 IDR for 6 hours. A great way to explore the island with ease!

Ultimately, the best choice depends on your travel style, group size, and budget 😉

💧Kanto Lampo is a true natural gem, hidden not far from the town of Gianyar. This waterfall looks like it came straight off the cover of a magazine—picturesque, photogenic, and wrapped in the magic of nature.

If you’re up for a little adventure, take the path on the left and walk along the river. The locals love this spot for fishing; in the shallow waters, you can find eels and small fish. Cross the river, which is only about two meters wide, and you can climb the rocks to discover a mysterious cave with bats. Although the cave itself is small, the viewpoint next to it offers a breathtaking view of the waterfall.

Head back down to the river, and you’ll find yourself at the base of Kanto Lampo. The rocks here aren’t too slippery, but there’s a handrail for your convenience. Be sure to take off your shoes and walk barefoot through the shallow water, feeling the coolness and the power of the stream. Keep in mind that after rains, the river water can become murky, and the current strong, but on sunny days, the waterfall turns into a clear, gentle flow.

Kanto Lampo has an interesting history. Locals say it was “born” after a great prayer ceremony when water suddenly started flowing from the mountainside. A more modern version suggests that the waterfall appeared after landslides in 2015 destroyed an irrigation canal, causing the water to find a new path. Regardless of its origin, this place has attracted tourists and become a new source of income for local farmers.

If you’re looking for the perfect Instagram shot, climb up the waterfall’s rocks 📸

Finally, enjoy a natural hydromassage on the steps of the waterfall. Depending on the strength of the flow, you can either relax under gentle streams of water or refresh yourself with their invigorating hits. Kanto Lampo is a place where nature offers unique experiences and unforgettable photos.

You can visit Kanto Lampo Waterfall as part of our Ubud Waterfall Tour. Comment “waterfall,” and we’ll send you the program 📩

LEGENDARY BALI SUNRISES – WHERE AND HOW TO EXPERIENCE THEM

Visiting Bali without witnessing a sunrise over the ocean, volcanoes, or rice terraces is simply unforgivable. Here are 3 unique options for an unforgettable Balinese sunrise.

1️⃣ Jeeping on a Volcano

Your journey begins early in the morning, while the island is still wrapped in pre-dawn mist. With a 4x4 jeep, you’ll reach remote spots, explore the volcanic landscapes of the Kintamani region, drive through black sands and lava hills, take in breathtaking island views, and greet the sunrise at the edge of the volcano.

2️⃣ Hiking Mount Batur

Your ascent up this active volcano will start before dawn, allowing you to experience the stillness and the first golden rays of the sun. If you wish, you can finish the tour with a relaxing dip in the hot springs. The pools are naturally heated by the volcano—just what you need after an early morning hike.

3️⃣ Swimming with Dolphins in Lovina

On the northernmost tip of the island, this is where the dolphin migration route passes by. Early in the morning, you’ll head out to meet these magnificent marine creatures. Those who have swum with dolphins often speak of their incredible natural energy and openness to humans. It’s an experience like no other!
