As you head down towards Dryburgh Holiday Cottages you will pass these old gates that formed the entrance to the fruit tree orchard for Dryburgh Abbey. The wall of the orchard has been painstakingly restored and on a day like today these look like heaven’s gates!

We were delighted to welcome Nick, Helen and their family to Dryburgh for a very special anniversary celebration this weekend! Everyone enjoyed delightful food by jammy coo and magic from - and mostly everyone enjoyed the piping by Jim Bunyan! Nick and Helen are very special guests who return again and again and we were so happy and grateful that they chose Dryburgh for their family gathering. Happy Anniversary Nick and Helen! 🥰🍾🥳🫶
