ABACAS INTERNATIONAL LLC was founded in 2008 and its Main Office is located at Unit 211, 2nd Floor, Al Mazoon Building along Damascus Street, Industrial Area 2, Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE (with satellite offices strategically placed to best serve our customers). We have the necessary personnel, equipment, expertise and financial wherewithal to handle a broad range of projects. It is a building services

provider that operates in the UAE for more than five (5) years specializing in technical support and building maintenance. It focuses on giving high standard and quality of excellence in its field of specialization (Air-Conditioning, ventilations and air filtration systems, Floor and Wall Tilling Works, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary Contracting, Painting Contracting (Supply and Apply), Gypsum Partition, Taping and Joining, Carpentry and Flooring Contracting, and Sanitary Installation and Pipes Repairing. Guided with expertise and experience, ABACAS INTERNATIONAL LLC has gained its pride to be an embodiment and epitome of client’s satisfaction. DERICK and DERINE TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC and WILMINA TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC were registered in 2012 also under the flagship of ABACAS INTERNATIONAL LLC to accommodate the additional manpower and field specialization of its clients. The two companies have added Electromechanical equipment installation and maintenance, Insulation Contracting, Wall Paper Fixing, Partitions and False Ceilings Contracting, Plaster and Cladding Works, and Building Cleaning Services. At present, with available experienced and well-disciplined workforce who is ensuring good output for sub-contract works on hourly basis, the company holds contracts with investors-contractors performing the same construction disciplines as it does in its own field of specialization. It now undertakes long-term services and is directly involved in the Construction or maintenance of commercial and residential buildings, industrial premises, schools and colleges, labor camps, warehouses, offices, and apartment & villas. It as well provides technical assistance for Electrical, cabling, HVAC and more.
