(3)

Hike Discovery is a not for profit partnership of municipalities and individuals dedicated to the creation and maintenance of a hiking trails network on the Discovery Trail. With the assistance of various funding partners the network currently consists of the following 6 trails:

Skerwink Trail - Port Rexton/Trinity East
Gun Hill Trail - Trinity
Murphy's Cove Lodges Pond Trail - Port Union
Klondi

ke Trail - Elliston
Cape Shore Trail - Bonavista
King's Cove Trail - King's Cove

In order to continue with the maintenance of these trails and to add more safe to use trails to the network, Hike Discovery will rely on donations left in the trail donation boxes and money earned through Trail Sponsorship program.

Did you know Ales for Trails is dog friendly?!

We've had numerous dogs participate in this fun event, and they love it (look how happy these two are)! They'll also get a post-race dog treat and dog beer, on us!

! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED !

Ales for Trails wouldn't be possible without our crew of amazing volunteers! We're currently looking for a few extra people that want to lend a hand during this years event on November 2nd.

We're looking for volunteers to help with registration, water stations, and time keeping. If you can help, please send us a message or reach out to Alicia (alicia@portrextonbrewing).

Heads up!

You only have ONE day left to register to make our t-shirt order deadline. After tomorrow, you can still register for the race, but won't get a t-shirt option in your registration pack.

How many A2T shirts do you have collected so far?!

We have some mid-day live music this weekend!

After running Ales for Trails on Saturday, November 4th, meet us back at the taproom at 2pm to listen to Chris Lacour! Post-run vibes at the PRB taproom are always at an all time high. The relief of finishing the race, cold beer in one hand, in the other, and listening to live music from Chris Lacour!

The taproom will of course be open to all (participants and the public). Get out of your gear, grab a seat and settle in for the afternoon!

Just a note we are resharing the breweries post from FRIDAY November 3rd about the race weekend.

My new favorite spot on the Bonavista Peninsula. So many stunning sea/landscapes, sea stacks and rock pillars to see in this cove. It's like seeing it for the first time each time I visit.
