We are looking for polite and courteous individuals to answer telephones and provide exceptional levels of customer service to both clients and customers whilst working as part of a team and supporting delivery teams.

The ability to use a computer and the internet, along with a drivers license would be beneficial.

Technologistics Performance and KPI Reporting Tool

We have almost completed development of the new website with features including realtime tracking, performance information and service level reporting. Public visibility of KPI's is something we feel is new and adventurous in the delivery sector, but as you can see we have nothing to hide but plenty to shout about
