rther information on our Queenslander style homes! Kelvin Woodrow has been operating a building design and construction business in North Brisbane and environs for many years. Commencing as building designers in 1975 our company produced some 12,000 dwelling plans in the years 1975 - 1992 before branching out into construction of
our own designs. Last year we constructed many individually designed homes for a varied client base from a price range of $200,000 up to $1,000,000. Each house receives Kelvins personal attention and detail which is followed up by after sale maintenance and service. We are more than pleased to assist in colour selection and external colourings and treatments. We try to consider all design criteria such as aspect, lifestyle, environment and resale.
