20th March 2020
Paultons Campsite is committed to keeping our guests and staff safe, informed and supported.
For now, our campsite will be opening as planned on 1st April 2020 and will remain open until such time that we are instructed by the Government not to do so. We will of course keep you updated at all times.
Above all we want you to enjoy your holiday and time spent with us. Following the announcement on Monday 16th March, we're responding to the latest Government guidance with immediate effect.
To give our guests the most flexibility, we are allowing customers to amend their bookings to dates any time between now and the end of October 2020 (subject to availability).
If you are unable or do not want to visit Paultons Campsite prior to that date, we will be happy to offer you the opportunity to roll over your booking to the 2021 season. If, however, you cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy applies.
It's really important to us that if our guests have taken the decision to stay with us that they feel comfortable on site.
We all have to take sensible precautions following the latest Government health and travel advice. We are proud of the cleanliness of our campsite and have taken on additional cleaning protocols. We would ask that if you are on our campsite, you follow the latest advice on hygiene and hand washing, and self-isolation at home for 14 days if you, or any of your party are displaying any symptoms.
