“Surprise!” It’s usually an exclamation followed by laughs, cheers, smiles, and positivity. But when it comes to spending money; investing time and resources into procuring accessories for your brand, surprise is probably the last thing you’d want to hear. Thus, we made our way to China in 2002 with a clear goal in mind: to design and manufacture accessories—showing clients that the ove
rseas purchasing didn’t have to be a guessing game. We wanted to be living proof that procurement could be done so confidently, with customers receiving their orders as they expected…without surprise. Since then, we’ve become a one-stop accessories solution, providing quality, customized products with timely, reliable supply for clothing companies of all kinds—from cities of all countries. Converting imaginative designs into tangible products, we produce garments’ finishing touches. The way we do business and the reputation we maintain are just as important. But, we’d be lying if we said the high road travelled wasn’t without barriers. Past experiences as employees of different companies where we witnessed deals going to the cheapest manufacturing bidder (and products coming out all sorts of wrong as a result). Thankfully, it was these missteps taken by others that molded us into the thoughtful, personal, customer-oriented business we are today. So, our manufacturing decisions are built on consistency of product and price; they go hand in hand. It’s the ability to provide the very best accessories affordably that keeps customers coming back over and over again. Providing uncompromised service every step of the way doesn’t hurt either. At the base of it all, we started in a living room of a small Hangzhou apartment. Three months later, our first employee came on board; the second six months after that. Today, we do business a little differently. It’s a hybrid approach, consisting of in-house manufacturing and 40+ outsourced suppliers; it’s also known as doing whatever we can to meet the demands of you, our customer.
